Who I Am
I’m Chance Mitchell, founder of TrainWithChance - an online fitness and nutrition coaching platform built on years of experience, faith, and purpose.
For the past five years, I’ve coached out of one of the most respected performance gyms in Texas, an environment that shaped me, sharpened my craft, and ultimately gave me the wings to build something of my own.
My mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through structured training, performance-focused nutrition, and long-term accountability.
With a background in Kinesiology Sports & Conditioning from Texas A&M University, my foundation blends exercise science with real-world coaching. Since 2019, I’ve worked with athletes and everyday individuals across all levels, each with unique goals, challenges, and stories.
