I’m Chance Mitchell, founder of TrainWithChance, an online fitness + nutrition coaching and Personal Training platform built through experience, faith, and purpose.

For the past six years, I’ve coached inside one of the most respected performance gyms in Texas, a place that sharpened my craft and laid the foundation for me to build something of my own.

My mission is simple: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier through structured training, performance-focused nutrition, and long-term accountability.

With a background in Kinesiology Sports & Conditioning from Texas A&M University, my foundation blends exercise science with real-world coaching. Since 2019, I’ve worked with athletes and everyday individuals across all levels, each with unique goals, challenges, and stories.
